This article appeared in the Winston Salem Journal FEB 9, 2003 by Journal reporter John Railey.  Rev. Hampton Morgan and three staff members submit resignation letters suggesting that if the Moravian Church is not willing to affirm Christ as the only way to salvation, it leaves missionaries with nothing to do. The Board of directors accepted their resignations rather than address the problems with how resolutions were handled at Northern and Southern Synods. Bob Sawyer was troubled with the emphasis this article put on the fact that issues remain unresolved.
