Although the Final version of the GAFCON statement will not be released until tomorrow it seems that the message from GAFCON has been prepared and will be delivered at Lambeth next week. It is not an ultimatum but a plea for honest dialogue and a desire to make it clear why growing numbers of Episcopals “cannot take communion from people who are walking away from the Gospel and do not believe Jesus is the Son of God”

Friday, June 27th, 2008Hopefully the dialogue committee and Provincial leaders will be providing the revised communion agreement between the Episcopal Church USA and the Moravian Church in America very soon. Episcopal web sites reported the completion of the agreement as reported in a previous post “Episcopal Moravian Communion – John Spong or Andy Griffith“.
In a subsequent posting and in the absents of reports from our province on the details of that agreement we looked at the Lutheran / Moravian Resolution and drew some sobering conclusions
